Do you have a photographic project related to the theme of Fotografia Europea 2017?

Join our public call and become one of the photographer of the next edition!

As for the past two editions, Fotografia Europea launches a Public Call that invites European or European-based artists to submit expositive photographic projects that creatively explore the new theme of the festival: Time maps. Memory, archives, future.

The curatorial committee composed by

Diane Dufour (Le Bal of Paris),

Elio Grazioli (Università degli Studi of Bergamo)

Walter Guadagnini (Accademia di Belle Arti of Bologna)

will select the most interesting projects, that will become part of the official circuit of exhibitions.

To participate it is necessary to present:

  application form with a short biography of the artist/collective; title and short concept of the project;

 at least 10/15 images that represent the project nominated in the following way name.surname_project_01

The final choices will be at the complete discretion of the curatorial committee.

The proponent of every selected project will receive a fee of € 2500 tax included (for the details about the fee see attachment B).

We received lots of projects, almost the double than last year! We are very happy but you should wait a little for the results. The selected projects will be announced starting from January 9, 2017! Thank you
