This work originates from a digital archive never meant to exist. Over several years, a WhatsApp conversation gradually accumulated fragments of everyday life: quick photographs, small updates, images sent without intention or awareness of their future meaning.

After the conversation was abruptly interrupted by loss, I returned to this archive as if it were a landscape, extracting the embedded photographs and reassembling them into a single, continuous surface.

Removed from the chat’s linear flow, the images lose chronological order and form a dense visual field where fleeting messages become a sediment of images. None made with artistic intention, their value lies precisely in their banality and in the language of vernacular photography.

Rooted in a personal experience, the work reflects a generational condition. The collage functions both as a private memorial and as a document of a time in which relationships, habits, and memory increasingly persist within digital interfaces.
