Focusing on languages and practices to promote change in the fight against violence against women<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ghostwriter<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> refers to a ghost from history, a sort of <\/span><b>\u201cre-evocation\u201d of events expressed through symbolic figures of the human experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. A graduate in Contemporary Art History, she studied in Paris and London, earning a Master&#8217;s degree in Visual Art from the University of the Arts London in 2007. Among her exhibitions and awards: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tragicomica<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in 2026. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019arte italiana dal secondo novecento ad oggi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, at the MAXXI in Rome; in 2023, she was chosen and named Best Italian Artist of the Year by the contemporary art magazine Artribune. In 2024, Bellantoni was selected among the finalist artists of the Mario Merz Prize at the Merz Foundation in Turin. In 2023 she inaugurated the Dior Spring-Summer 2024 show with the installation NOT HER at the Tuileries Gardens in Paris. In 2018, she was among the winning artists of the fourth edition of the Italian Council of MiBACT; in 2019, she presented the book of her project at the MAXXI in Rome, focusing on her video production. Also in 2018, she was selected for Manifesta 12 side events in Palermo.
