Smantella i pregiudizi che si sono radicati nella societ\u00e0 portoghese, dando valore e rispetto alla partecipazione attiva e dinamica di uomini e donne di origine africana che hanno vissuto e continuano a vivere in\u00a0<strong>Portogallo,<\/strong>\u00a0le cui conquiste e i cui contributi sono al centro delle storie dei luoghi in cui sono oggi integrati. Intreccia,\u00a0<strong>da un punto di vista biografico femminile<\/strong>, diverse storie che sfidano le convenzioni narrative patriarcali.<\/p>\n<p>La serie mette in discussione le nozioni standard di identit\u00e0 basate sulle categorie di razza e genere, attraverso una\u00a0<strong>contro-narrazione<\/strong>\u00a0costruita dalle complesse biografie che si intersecano.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Island<\/em>, sviluppato in una prospettiva femminista nera, si colloca\u00a0<strong>al di fuori dello sguardo eurocentrico<\/strong>, e realizza attraverso la sua narrazione il funzionamento dello sguardo oppositivo (<em>bell hooks<\/em>) in cui vengono decostruite le rappresentazioni stereotipate di genere e razza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ascolta le parole
